HOW TO STAY MOTIVATED AND WORKOUT? 💭

Never stop learning and trying something new. Take on exciting challenges, this way you are always in competition with yourself🙋🏻‍♀️.

Change your workouts regularly, make sure to target all of your muscles to get stronger 💪🏻

My plan for 3 month:

✅ AUGUST month of HOT YOGA 🧘🏻‍♀️

✅ SEPTEMBER month of CROSSFIT 🏋🏻‍♀️

✅ OCTOBER month of KICKBOXING 🥊

AUGUST WORKOUT ROUTINE:

Circuits training (to burn fat) 60 minutes

Day 1 LEGS (Hamstrings/Glutes)

Day 2 BACK/BICEPS/ABS

Day 3 LEGS (Quadriceps/Glutes/Calves) + HOT YOGA

Day 4 CHEST/TRICEPS

Day 5 SHOULDERS/ABS

Day 6 HOT YOGA

DAY 7 HOT YOGA

Goal for August is to increase flexibility in my joints, get rid of toxins, improve digestion, loose fat, get toned. That’s why I chose hot yoga and circuit training for this month.
