We’ve been training for past 3 months, and we had total of 46 sessions.
I must say that Carson has VERY ACTIVE lifestyle, for example he rides unicycle (it’s a bicycle with one wheel) for 2 hours 3 times per week! So his body fat is 4,5%.
His been eating 3500 calories daily and training with me 4 times a week.
