Release Stubborn Abdominal Fat

Abdominal fat has been an issue for all of us at some point in our lives. Stop wondering how to get rid of abdominal fat. Meet one of my successful client. Her main goal was to lose belly fat (she had a baby 7 months ago) and to tone up, when she came to me for help 2,5 month ago.

We trained 3 times per week. In total we had 30 workouts or 30 days of training. 

The results we achieved in 30 workouts⁣: ✅7 inches off her waist; ✅2,5% of body fat down; v✅4 lb down; ✅Increased muscle mass; ✅Improved endurance and balance 

I should also mention that Vanessa is a mom of 3 small children 👶🏻👧🏻👩🏻 and she’s not looking for excuses🙅🏻‍♀️🚫 

Why she succeeded: 

👉🏻Excellent mindset. She knows why she needs to get in shape and she repeats that mantra everyday. 

👉🏻Consistency. Vanessa doesn’t skip a session, because she knows every workout gets her closer too her goal.

👉🏻Nutrition. I’ve built her a nutrition plan and went grocery shopping with her.

👉🏻Trust. She followed all of my instructions closely and now she’s not sorry.

👉🏻Confidence. After first couple weeks Vanessa told me her self-esteem went through the roof, she started seeing improvements and there was nothing that could stop that girl!
