CRAZY CRAVING. HOW TO STOP THE MADNESS?
✖️Emotional eating is not logical it’s emotional (hence the name), therefore you can’t expect appetite suppressants to fix the problem.
✖️Let’s dial back and see what’s the main reason you eat a whole bag of chips or cookies? Is it because you are hungry or because you are seeking comfort? What situations trigger those cravings?
✖️When you know you have fat to lose and big goals to achieve and you still end up finishing that bucket of ice cream 🍨 it becomes clear that the problem is in your mind. Try letting go technics to find out what kind of trauma is making you feel like you are not enough. BTW YOU ARE ENOUGH! Say it out loud every day.
HOW TO IMPROVE EATING HABITS?
✅Change the habit of thought.
When I decided to stop eating meat ❌🥩 first I completely changed the way I thought about food. My thought was “I CANNOT EAT A LIVING CREATURE” and then the action followed.
I didn’t change what I did I changed what I thought and that changed everything.
Another example: once I got a food poisoning by eating shrimp scampi at one restaurant, I felt so bad for days and since after that neither of them do I like❌🍤
✅20-30 seconds of very intense exercise right before you eat a big meal.
@timferriss suggests 30 reps of SQUAT JUMPS before holiday dinner
✅30-40 minutes of brisk walk after you ate also helps lowering insulin levels therefore keeping blood sugar low 👍🏻
✅Drink lots of water to flush down build up toxins from junk food you’ve been eating 💧
✅Don’t eat in front of TV ❌📺 it creates bad habit, every time you’ll be watching a movie, your brain will ask “where’s my cookie?”
Instead practice mindfulness when you eat and connect with your family.
✅Don’t keep any junk food in your house and treat your body as a temple. You deserve to eat healthy and feel good.
