Before I met strongselves I was unmotivated because I just had a baby, so I decided to look for a personal trainer, one thing you should learn about a trainer is that they need to show you motivation to help you, she was not the first one I had consulted, and that’s what I found on strongselves motivation. It’s been one months we’re are training, believe it or not I’m already seeing some really big results. Thanks to strongselves for not make me lose my time. I workout three times a week.

Victoria was my trainer for a year. I recently retired and had never belonged to a gym. I knew I needed support and I wanted to work with a trainer. Victoria was professional and knowledgeable. She helped me understand the necessary lifestyle changes to be successful in improving my health. She understood my physical challenges, but motivated me to push past them. We did both strength and cardio training and my endurance has improved and I have lost over 60 pounds. We also discussed better choices in my diet. Victoria is the reason I continue to improve my health through lifestyle changes in exercise and diet.
This was my first experience with a personal trainer. I was a little nervous as I was not in shape, unless round counts, and I was worried that I wouldn't be able to do the exercises and that I would end up embarrassing myself. But, Victoria met me at my level and abilities and still managed to challenge me. She also had a wide variety of exercises, so I never got bored; and modifications, so if an exercise was uncomfortable for me, we could approach it differently. Her enthusiasm for, and knowledge of, fitness was both inspiring and motivating. I would highly recommend her!
Victoria is my personal trainer for more than a year! She is very professional and she will kick your ass, be ready to get sweaty;) she is also very passion about her work and very knowledgeable, never stop learning new stuff and sharing it with her clients!
